B-Couture Boutique may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from B-Couture Boutique through the site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The merchandise must be received by B-Couture Boutique within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
- You must provide your order number as received when your order was placed through the site.
- Dietary Supplements and other consumable products: Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through b-couture.boutique and the item is unopened with all original sealing and packing in place.
- Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories (see exclusions below) must be unworn, unwashed and in NEW condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging
- RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY SEALED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED. This includes, but is not limited to: Shapers, swimwear, sports bras, leggings, bio-ceramic wraps, shorts or capris.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and B-Couture Boutique is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect all items to ensure the RETURN POLICIES (above) are met and all items are unused and show no signs of tampering.
If all conditions are met, B-Couture Boutique will issue a STORE CREDIT for the items returned.
We do not accept requests for exchanges.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com and briefly explain what you need to return and why. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME AND ORDER #.
- You can expect a reply within 48 hours (usually much sooner) with further instructions
- PLEASE DO NOT attempt to send a return without prior authorization from our customer support team.
